Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

Nope! We've got you covered. We provide all the yoga mats to ensure our adorable kitties don’t accidentally scratch your personal mat and to make our classes accessible to everyone; even if you don’t regularly practice yoga.

Can I participate as a beginner?

Absolutely! Our classes are beginner-friendly, but they’re also perfect for seasoned yoga pros. Whether it’s your first time on the mat or you’re a yoga veteran, you’ll enjoy a perfect blend of relaxation and kitty cuddles.

Is there parking available on site?

Yes! There’s free on-site parking for Quay Studio/Kitty Yoga classes in the lot on the west side of the building, conveniently close to our studio entrance on the second floor. Plus, there’s additional free street parking available too!

What is the minimum age to participate?

The minimum age to participate is 7 years old. We kindly ask that parents ensure their child can calmly take part in the yoga session and be respectful of our adorable kitties before booking.

How can I find out which kitties will be at the class?

We share our Kitty of the Week on our Instagram and Facebook pages! You can also join the fun by playing Guess the Kitty on our Instagram story for a chance to win a free class to meet them!

How do you help shelters in Ottawa?

We help shelters in Ottawa by donating proceeds from every session, collaborating with them on a monthly basis to host Rescue Cat Kitty Yoga sessions, and covering part of the adoption fee for anyone who fills out our adoption forms after a session. Our goal is to support rescue cats in finding loving homes while giving them a chance to interact with potential adopters in a calm environment.

Which breeders do you collaborate with?

We only collaborate with TICA-registered ethical breeders to ensure the highest standards of care and responsible breeding. There are so many different breeds of cats to learn about, and our sessions provide a unique opportunity to meet them while enjoying a relaxing yoga experience!

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. You can also reschedule up to 48 hours before the start time!
